We are delighted to inform you we are open to book emergency appointments and routine check ups.
​
Please be aware we will not be offering all our services initially. We are aiming to try and provide additional procedures, in accordance with the increased hygiene protocols set out by government guidance. This is to ensure the safety of you and our team.
​
The guidelines also advise minimising the number of people in the practice to conform to social distancing measures, which means we won’t be able to see as many patients in a single working day as we used to.
​
We have a priority list of patients who contacted us during lockdown with emergencies whom we were unable to help. These patients will be contacted as soon as possible.
​
As the diaries allow, we will then contact further patients.
​
Please assume that any dental appointment you have scheduled with us that was arranged prior to the UK lockdown is cancelled for the time being.
​
Please do not attend the practice without a prior appointment.
​

Our team will be working really hard to get back to ‘normal’ as soon as possible, so whilst this is brilliant news, please be patient with us.

Cancelling Appointments
If you have to cancel an appointment, please give us 24 hours notice so that we can offer the time to someone waiting for treatment.
Emergencies During Practice Hours
In case of an emergency during practice hours, please call our dental practice immediately. We will always endeavour to see a patient in pain on the same day.
Emergencies Outside Practice Hours
Outside normal surgery hours, including weekends and Bank Holidays please telephone our dental practice and listen to the recorded instructions.
Cold Sores
Cold sores are caused by the Herpes Simplex virus. They are very infection particularly when blistering. Antiviral creams which you can buy over the counter of the pharmacy should be applied as soon as first signs appear and often.
Can I still see the dentist?
Dental treatment might aggravate it, make it crack and bleed which could prolong healing, which is why we will not see you until it is healed. You will need to contact us as soon as possible before your appointment.
